Issue: there is a very active contributor, but many of his recordings do not end properly – he “swallows” the end of a sentence. I want to warn him about the issue, that is, I want to leave an optional feedback to him.

I think that’s a feature that could be abused. But I share your pain - I have rejected hundreds of clips from one guy (literally every single one of his recordings) because he repeats the sentence twice.
Maybe the site can show some kind of message to users with a low approval ratio pointing them to instructions?
