Error installing add-on "add-on does not match the add-on Firefox expected"

Hi,

After the latest version of add-on Distill Web Monitor, users get error when installing version 1.3.1. The error message shown is:

The add-on could not be installed because it does not match the add-on Firefox expected

An older thread in community forum points to a bad file hash of the extension’s file. Can this be resolved without uploading another version?

As a stopgap measure, I had to upload a new version 1.3.2 for AMO to setup the new version correctly. This new version has been working fine. Must be a one time setup/build issue with version 1.3.1.
