Adding sublists within lists gets the outer list misnumbered:
Step 1 - make ordered list 1 to 4

Step 2 - go to Item 2, add new “item 2a”: -

Step 3 - Press to indent Item 2a, to make it a sub list: -

Item 4
Note: “Item 3” is now numbered as 2, instead of 3 as expected.Step 4 - Add new sub item “Item 2b”
