Dowloading updated common voice data

Hi All,
Common voice V1 data was released after collecting 250Hrs. Was hoping for V2 with 500Hrs.
When is the next release planned?
If it is accessible how can we directly pull/copy/update data from common voice AWS-S3 folders for both validated and invalidated files?
