Hi all,

Do you have any guideline for add on development? At the moment, I need to create the add on to send data to the cloud platform but I don’t know where to start.

The official place to start is currently https://iot.mozilla.org/docs/

If you want to write an adapter, you’ll need to decide which language you want to use. There’s libraries to write adapters in for js and python.

I will use the node js to write the adapter. Do you have the architecture design or the guideline how to do it?

You might find the add-ons section on the wiki helpful.

And this blog post is a bit old now but still useful.

(We should probably do a better job of consolidating this documentation).
