About this session

It looks to engage the academia, researchers, businesses, state parties and many more stakeholders on the feasibility of working with the African human rights systems and institutions on providing a digital rights model law. It will consolidate on ongoing conversations with respect to the project.

Goals of this session

The goal of this session is to focus on providing a regional policy response to digital rights challenges in Africa. It will be part of an ongoing conversation on the finer details of the project of working out strategies that will see to the curation of a model law on digital rights for Africa.
