Delete Version button and Disable Version button shows same label in Japanese localize

Japanese localization label is same in both Delete Version (red) and Disable Version (blue) button.
Disable Version (blue) should be something like バージョンを無効化

Thanks for the report. Want to head over to https://pontoon.mozilla.org/ja/amo/, log-in, and suggest the fix?

You could also work on some of the missing translations in that dialog

Done.
But it’s only a suggestion now.
By who and when will it be adopted?

https://github.com/mozilla/olympia/commit/171cb31e7991419f267d85e7927cf7c7a31337ab, landed.

Not sure when it’s going to be in production, sorry.

Next push in on Dec 22.

Is there a way to remove my profile from https://pontoon.mozilla.org/contributors/ ?
I don’t want my e-mail address to be open in public.

This is the wrong place to ask. You’ll need to find whoever is in charge of the Pontoon instance. Maybe mathjazz can help you.

Well, the answer is a bit more complicated.

AMO and its localization is, like most of the things that mozilla does, an open-source effort, and pontoon is one way to contribute to our source code.

We should make it more obvious that https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/governance/policies/commit/requirements/ is governing the work on pontoon, or at least can be read that way.

The phrase of interest there is

Your name and email address, or a derivative of it, may be attached to your contributions and so be visible worldwide via the Internet.

At least the attribution in the version control on github will stay, due to technical constraints. I’m not sure to which extent it’s feasible to hide or spoof the email address in pontoon.

I do hope you will continute to contribute to open source projects including mozilla. What other folks are doing is to create dedicated online personas for that. Either by just using a dedicated email address (possible forwarding to your main email, but with stronger settings for spam etc), or by creating whole virtual identities. Mozilla is quite good at accomodating pseudonyms for people that choose to use one.

Sadly, that doesn’t work in retrospect.

I hope that’s not too much of trouble for you.

Thank you for your report, and your contribution in fixing it.

Well, there was not any attentions like you mentioned above when I first accessed Pontoon.
Just “Log in with Persona” message (or some kind like that), so I did it.

Please do so.
Also, you should consider to redesign URL not to be based on the e-mail.
