Is it possible to create and use a Theme without subitting it?
The clue is, i wanna create a Theme which cant be provided to public, because of adult legally depence…
So is it possible and is there a howto?

Yes, if you install the Personas Plus add-on it let’s you apply a theme without submitting it. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/personas-plus/

How do you do it in current version?

You can use Firefox Color to use a theme now without submitting it.
