Here are the meeting notes from our Council meeting from a little bit more than a week ago:
Review team
We had Henrik joining us to help us out with our next steps regarding the Review team. Almost all of our allocated meeting time was spent on discussing our ideas and getting feedback. Before we reach out to the nominees for this team we will need to be clear on responsibilities and time commitment. We’ll keep you in the loop regarding future steps.
Research before London
We decided to have an interview guide before we reach out to Reps to conduct two interviews with Reps per Council member to get their insight about the Reps program so we can take this feedback for our Design sessions in London.
Blog post about RepsNext
Yofie has been working on a video from raw material we took during our Council meetup in Berlin. This video is now ready to be shared, therefore we need a blog post introducing everyone to the RepsNext strategy. You can follow the progress here: https://github.com/mozilla/Reps/issues/35
Reps OKR
We decided on the Reps program OKR for this quarter, we will publish this week and we’ll ask for your feedback to share so we can adjust for future quarters if necessary. Since we are really busy with RepsNext, this will be part of the program OKRs for this quarter. We will have around 5 more weeks in this quarter, therefore we focused on things we’re already doing and want to get finished. For future quarters we will need to make sure we will have more time between the decision of the OKRs and the end of the quarter.
