1. Reps innovation Fund
William Q. represented the Connecting Device (CD) team in this weekly council meeting. We discussed about which are the pieces that each group should work on. Council will start designing the budget process and also will recommend volunteers for decision making committee.Connection Device team will start thinking about criteria for decision making and then start putting together the staff team for committee.Rosana will create a flowchart of process to identify next steps, timeline and the owners
2. Evolution of the Reps program
Working groups was formed and the details about it were moved to discourse in the last week. The kickoff initial meeting has also been planned with the help of Doodle poll. In this meeting the owners of the working group shared their initial meeting dates and their plan for the working group meeting. The details of each working group etc. can be found on the discourse links of the corresponding working groups.
3. Council Chair for March-April 2016
Shahid’s tenure as council chair is getting over on 28th Feb. 2016, next meeting will be his last meeting as council chair. We have already started the process to identify a new council chair. The tenure of the new chair will be for March-April 2016.
