Also - if you can please reach out and hug your local council member : now meeting once week (and that’s even not enough) it’s been a busy time, and they have been amazing keeping up.

Update on Participation plan and communications around it
New team: Participation Team, the plan will be communicated to community in more detail in grow call tomorrow.

Reps scope expanded to leadership.Reinvesting in regional communities.Focus more in education - Emma leading education - Council Decision Making Emma to revive the email thread on decision workflow proposed by Regnard (it’s just been so busy, that it’s been lower on the list but not forgotten). Nuke to help.
- Reviewing budgets -better focus on how budgets/events/initiatives align with functional area goals.
- AMA date rescheduled (this has been a challenge between so many timezones - thanks to Kensie for patience).
- Council Chair - still looking for a volunteer
- New Mentors - review the next nominations
