A minor issue.
When a title such as
Incorporate discobot into our instance 
- Meta - Mozilla Discourse
is pasted to (for example) a comment in Mozilla Bugzilla, there’s loss of the emoji and subsequent characters. See for example https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1309226#c12
Not an issue with Discourse, just something to bear in mind when being adventurous with titles
