Clicking three dotted hover icon in top sites does not work after sharing a top site

  1. Open new tab
  2. Click three dotted icon of any of the top sites>share>copy link>Copy Address
  3. Now try clicking three dotted icon again

ER: Should open the hover flow menu.
AR: Nothing happens
