I was recently brought on to a company that had an outside developer code their add-on. The add-on is registered under his user account and unfortunately we can not get a hold of the developer. The add-on is under our company but not under an account we have access to. I have been searching for links to claim my app but can’t seem to find resources to do this. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

I have added custom add on s in path "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\browser\searchplugins"
but they weren’t listing in search tab , please let me know is there any setup i have do for Mozilla Version 45
