Cannot update extension

Hi,

I’m trying to update SingleFile (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/addon/single-file). When I submit the new version, I see it approved and in the queue, then it disappears. I don’t see the version in the “Status & Versions” page.

I’m still unable to publish new versions of my extension. What should I do? Can anyone help me understanding what’s going wrong?

Same issue here. I can upload a new version. It will appear as pending for a second and then disappears.
