B2G source code licence

Hello , I am a member of an android team called TeamButter and we do port different custom ROMs for our devices and we do use “SPRD” source code from B2G and we want to get an official support from those custom ROMs creators like lineage,SlimROMs,etc … so we will probably have to push “SPRD” source code to their repositories and now B2G is down so can we use that source code and publish it and is it legal to do so ? also is there something to do before publishing that source or not ?

From what found on Git hub B2G and Gaia are both on Apache license:
