Awaiting full review for 5 months - Customers getting angry

Hello there,

we are a startup company from Germany whose core product is an extension product for CRM systems, that is available as Chrome Extension, Firefox Addon and Outlook Addin.

We are in the review queue since 5 months and we are getting repeatedly into trouble, because we can not deliver auto updates etc.
Since we are having paying customers since a couple of weeks, this is getting more and more serious for us.

I believe the problem with our AddIn review is that we update it quite regularly (every 1 - 2 weeks) and the code is pretty heavily obfuscated.

Please give us some hints on how we can help you to get this through as soon as possible =)

Hi Sebastian, your link did not work for me - I think you accidentally posted the one from your “manage addons” page - try to got o “view listing” and grab that instead.

I have checked the “Awaiting full review” queue but couldn’t find any item starting with “snap”. Has your addon been reviewed preliminary before?
