About this session
Artists and campaigners, we’re uniting our creative power to prototype a kick ass data rights campaign, design visual clues and brainstorm slogans. We’re translating complex debates into art manifestos that will help bring the average people on board with the data exploitation practices and why we need a strong data rights policy for our future.
This session is a first step in a long term effort to involve artists and creators in working collaboratively to digest complex and nuanced discussions and engage larger audiences. I want to keep a close connection with the participants and put the session outcomes into practice by coordinating a data rights campaign.
Goals of this session
This session is intended for the Arts and Culture experience and its aim is to engage the community of creators, musicians and artists to write or remix a song about data rights and the digital future we want to live in.
