All about french model

I propose to feed here everything about french model :
Databases links,
hyperparams setup,
Hardware specs (video card/gpu mem/ram),
Build time,
Results.

I think this should be done on Common Voice side ?

I suspect most of the things about models should go under Deep Speech. The datasets will be always here
