About gaia repo

I want to build b2gos for my phone (nexus5), but I have a doubt regarding the gaia repository.
this is :

• https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia.git
  or
• https://git.mozilla.org/releases/gaia ?

The kanikani branch exists for both, but the first seems to be more up to date.
Which repository should we use?
