About this session
In our 60 min session we will start with a short 5-10min introduction into the key questions of the discussion round.
Questions could be:
- What are the blockers people currently see to get to an agent-centric, interoperable and open web?
- Interoperability, decentralisation, privacy and data ownership all bring their own risk (and opportunities). What are those and how can we mitigate them?
We will have an artist documenting the discussion outcomes with a live drawing recording so we can share it with the community afterwards.
Goals of this session
We see an unprecedented call for decentralised technologies to bring freedom, trust, privacy and openness to the web.
Especially in combination with speculation-driven crypto markets, will they really bring what they promise?
This session is a discussion round taking a critical look at the current focus on decentralisation. We explore and document the opportunities and challenges of an alternative focus the community could take: data and social interoperability.
