I’ve an idea as to how to contribute We are thinking about implementing the engine described in arXiv:1603.03185 in TensorFlow and are looking for people willing to join in.

I guess the first question in this regard is: Are you familiar enough with deep neural nets and speech recognition such that arXiv:1603.03185 is comprehensible?
